Buyers Inspection

After you have an accepted offer on your new home, we will assist you in getting to know the property by performing a detailed inspection and educating you along the way.

Radon Testing

Radon can be hazardous to your health. We will test the Radon levels in your home to determine if they are within the EPA-recommended levels. Testing takes a minimum of 48 hours, and results will be available after test completion.
